Tenants actors of the renovation process

The building in Monza owned by Aler, was included in the European BIM4EEB project, aimed at testing a building requalification process (extraordinary maintenance).
Tenants are an active part of the project, the first beneficiaries of the restructuring. Which involves the development of a methodology for the design of maintenance works extraordinary, consisting mainly of the replacement of doors and windows and in the realization of the thermal insulation of the façade through a "cladding system".
