The Finnish demonstration site has two main renovation objectives. The primary objective is an energy upgrade. BIM4EEB tools will be used to compare different upgrade options, such as heat recovery, geothermal heating, and demand-based ventilation. The secondary objective is to ensure a good indoor climate. The climate will be controlled by various sensors, like temperature, CO₂ and humidity sensors.
