SOLINTEL is a Spanish SME active in key areas of the interconnected building-energy value chain with more than two decades of experience in the construction and energy sectors. The company combines engineering and consultancy services with their own building and energy projects, acting as investor and/or developer.

Our main work in BIM4EEB is to implement the right processes and tools ensuring that the concepts, scientific results, tools and methodologies developed over the course of the project can become successful commercial applications, inputs to further research, or policy-making insights. This implies aligning project outputs with the external business environment and standards identifying market needs for product or service alignment, monitoring technologies, implementing needed contingency plans for adaptation, capturing IP value while at the same time establishing the internal structure of the consortium for instance in terms of access and ownership rights to eliminate any source of IP conflicts in future commercial, academic or research applications as well as overseeing market deployment strategies.
Our main goal in the project is to secure growth for the involved partners and transfer the technologies presented in the project into business value while also safeguarding potential for further research, aligned and contributing towards sustainable development goals.
